Privacy Policy
Private Information. Becerril Air does not share, sell, distribute, offer or publish any of its clients information. Personal information such as social security numbers are NEVER stored and are deleted/purged from our computers immediately upon credit approval. Only name, address, home and work telephone numbers, type of unit and history of calls are kept on record for customer service purposes.
Financial Information. Personal and financial information is only utilized for the purposes of obtaining credit and customers that wish to seek financing consent to such terms. Becerril Air does not have its own financing company and all financing is obtained through established third party institutional lenders disclosed at the time of application.
Terms & Conditions
Warranties. Becerril Air must provide annual maintenance and service on all products purchased from Becerril Air in order to honor labor and parts warranty work. It is clients responsibility to call and schedule appointments for annual service. Labor Warranties will be void if this is not complied with. Becerril Air cannot be held responsible for other companies technicians or actions. Proof of annual service is required. Warranty work is only performed during normal business hours. Mon. - Fri. 8 am to 6 p.m.. Saturday and Sunday by appointment only. $85 dollar diagnostic and trip charges apply.
Parts Warranties. Becerril Air does not manufacture or design any of the products that are mechanical in nature in the air conditioning industry. Becerril Air cannot be held responsible for the defective or damaged parts that are a part of the overall system installed. Becerril Air will do the best it can to accommodate the immediate replacement of said defective part and in no circumstances be held liable for replacing the full system. Manufacturers warranties are what govern and are the only warranties that are passed on to the customer from Becerril Air.
Compressor Warranties. Customer must provide proof that Becerril Air performed annual service and maintenance on the air conditioning system in order to validate compressor warranties. It is customer's responsibility to schedule services and to maintain system operating at optimum levels. If manufacturer's recommended annual service has not been performed by Becerril Air. All warranties shall become null and void. There is a core charge of $85 to exchange compressor even if under warranty. This is a fee imposed by the manufacturer.
Labor Warranties . All work is warranted for 30 days from repair. If it is a new installation then Becerril Air will honor the labor warranty only for the period specified in the sales contract, but in no circumstance will it be greater than 1 year, unless an extended warranty is purchased.
