  • Becerril opens in 1951

    Opens as Becerril Refrigeration with its principal activity being the design, constructioin and maintenance of cold displays and cold rooms.

  • 1965

    Don Alfonso Becerril, with his specialized technicians build the first cooling tower, establishing Becerril as one of the pioneers of this technology in this desert Region.

  • 1974

    Becerril begins its relationship with York Air Conditioning equipment, manufacturers of air conditioning products, becoming the exclusive distributor of the YORK brand in this Region.

  • 1986

    Becerril begins operations in the city of Tijuana with its full range of services. Shortly there after this same year, branches are opened in Ensenada and Rosarito.

  • 2001

    A restructuring is undertaken and the following divisions are created: Air Conditioning, HVAC Supply Parts, Services and Installations and Electronics.

  • 2003

    Becerril becomes an international corporation opening its U.S. headquarters in Imperial Valley California. A licensed HVAC Contractor with a C-20 license, it quickly becomes a dominant player in this desert southern California region.

  • 2006

    Becerril Air installs over 1,500 systems in new homes for builders such as: D.R. Horton, McMillin Homes, Pacific Century Homes, Mathews Homes, Victoria Homes, Meadows Townhome Development, Chelsea Group, among others.

  • 2008-2009

    Becerril forms becomes Becerril Air - Air you can Trust. Designs and installs over 100,000 square feet of air conditioned commercial buildings for 2 of the largest General Contractors in Imperial Valley.

  • 2010

    Becerril Air opens its operations in Arizona and the Greater Phoenix Area.
